I am an experienced renter with a positive rental history on this board.
Points can be booked (as of today) with check in date as far out as 4/5/2025 at Saratoga. All other resorts can be booked on a “7-month out” basis. As of today, I can book resorts other than Saratoga with a check in date as far out as 12/5/2024.

I accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. 100% payment is required within 2 business days of receiving a DVC confirmation number.

Once we reach an agreement, I will send out a contract. Thanks so much!!

Hi, Since you have 5 in your family, Boulder Ridge or Beach Club would work for a studio, but they are all booked. For the August dates you chose, the only availability is a 1-bedroom. Old Key West is available for the entire stay for 190 points. Animal Kingdom - Kidana is 195 points, Boulder Ridge 248 points and Beach Club 253. LMK if I can answer any other questions or help with reservations.

Yes, there are available Studios in that time frame. Poolside view is 24 points per night and Ocean view is 26 points per night. LMK if I can make a reservation for you.
